Virgin Mary Defaced; Peace Reigns

The Polish magazine Machina defaced an image of the Virgin Mary by superimposing a pop art image of the singer Madonna's face on the face of the Virgin Mary and that of one of Madonna's kids onto the face of baby Jesus and placed it on the cover.  Although the Catholic community is furious, as Michelle Malkin points out, "calls to behead the magazine's publisher, execute the artists, and annihilate Poland have been noticeably absent."
